Seeking Saryn is a collectible card experience. Saryn is a fictional character, played live by a real person, and your cards hold time and shared activities with Saryn.
Saryn may give Void Vestige as recognition. It's never sold, never promised as a reward, and isn't a score or a ranking. Once given, it's yours for good.
Every card shares one frame. The small mark and its color tell the families apart, and the finish deepens with rarity.
Common, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, and Secret Rare. Standard Encounters and Lens cards carry no rarity.
Domina is the in-game currency, sold at a fixed 100 Domina for $1. Buy now and it waits in your Domina bank, tied to the email you use at checkout, ready for the app.
Members receive 2% to 5% extra Domina on every purchase, depending on membership level, in place of the bundle bonus.
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime, and your membership runs to the end of the paid month. Encounter cards you already have stay on your account.

Members receive packs each month. Each pack awards one card, drawn at the odds below. Packs can't be rerolled, and Encounter cards included in a membership are granted separately from any pack.

These terms are an agreement between you and Seeking Saryn. By using the community or the app, or by making a purchase, you agree to them.
You must be 18 or older. The free community asks you to confirm your age. Membership, and messages, letters, photos, calls, and chess with Saryn, require age verification.
Seeking Saryn offers digital memberships, virtual collectible content, a closed-loop virtual currency, and scheduled interactive online experiences with a content creator. Saryn is a fictional character. Nothing in the game is a prediction, a psychic service, or professional advice of any kind.
You sign in with your email and a personal access key. Keep your key private; anyone with it can use your account. You can change it in the app at any time, and we'll never ask you for it. If you lose it, write to support@seekingsaryn.com.
You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you share. You give us permission to store them and show them to our team so the platform can work. Share only photos you have the right to share, and follow the Code of Conduct. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
Calls are live and aren't recorded. Don't record, screenshot, or share a call or anything from it.
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing, and your privileges run through the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. A failed renewal grants no new cards.
We may update the platform and these terms and will post changes here. Card pools may rotate by season, and cards you already own stay valid.
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Code of Conduct.
To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Tap + beside your Domina to choose a bundle and pay without leaving the app. Stripe handles the payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and emails your receipt. Your Domina appears once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Members receive their member bonus in place of the bundle bonus.
Purchases of Domina, cards, and memberships are generally final, subject to applicable law and our obligations to our payment provider. Domina can't be exchanged back for money.
If something you paid for isn't delivered, or an accepted Encounter can't take place, we return the card or restore what you paid for. If that can't fix it, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current month stays active until it ends.
Look for SEEKING SARYN on your statement. If a charge still looks wrong, email support@seekingsaryn.com and we'll look into it within two business days.
This policy covers the Seeking Saryn website and app. We collect only what the platform needs to work, and we keep it on secured servers.
Photos are resized on your phone before they're sent, and the app removes location and camera details from them. They're stored privately and seen only by our team. You'll see a small mark when one has been seen. Ask us and we'll delete any photo you've shared.
Calls are live and never recorded, by us or by anyone we work with. During a call, our team sees and hears you and you hear Her. Your camera is yours to turn off at any time. Our team may keep short written notes so they can follow up well.
Stripe processes every payment, whether you pay inside the app or on Stripe's page, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive your email, what you bought, the amount, and a Stripe customer reference. Stripe emails your receipts.
The app remembers your email on your device so you only type your key next time, and it uses one secure cookie to keep you signed in. Signing out, or tapping "Not you?", clears them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads. Nothing you write or share is sent to AI or machine learning services. We don't collect personal or psychological details just because they might be useful later.
Stripe, to process payments. Cloudflare, which hosts the platform, stores its data and photos, and relays calls. Lichess, an open chess service, which may receive the position of a chess board so our team can consider moves; no names, emails, or account details are sent. Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Messages, letters, photos, calls, and chess with Her open after our team verifies your age. We keep a record that you were verified and when.
If anything shared on the platform suggests someone is at risk of serious harm, our staff may act to keep them safe, including contacting emergency services where the law allows or requires.
We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete what you've written and shared, including photos, within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at support@seekingsaryn.com. You can change your name, how you address Her, and your access key in the app at any time.
There is no sexual or romantic content anywhere in Seeking Saryn, including the community, messages, and Encounters.
